Shaping Policies and Practices
The NextGen Committee facilitates communication between the firm and its non-partner attorneys in their first 10 years of practice. The Committee provides a forum for discussion of firm policies and practices that affect associates, and is responsible for:
- Soliciting input on matters of importance to associates
- Facilitating integration between associates and various new groups
- Enhancing professional development and training for associates
- Encouraging associate participation in firm initiatives, committees and programming
- Assisting with the planning of firm retreats and networking events
The NextGen Committee is comprised of four sub-committees, including Client Development, Innovation, Professional Development, and Retention.
