In 2023, Husch Blackwell continued to deliver on our core diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments: developing a diverse workforce, maintaining equitable practices, and fostering an inclusive community.
Our DE&I Impact Report provides a look forward to our 2024 plans, as well as an accounting of how we delivered on our 2023 commitment, including:
- leveraging data insights and increasing data transparency across the firm
- hiring the firm’s first DE&I Talent Strategist to enhance diverse talent recruitment
- overhauling our self-identification survey to better capture more identities
- exceeding the industry standards set by external surveyors and once again earning Mansfield Certification Plus designation and a 100 rating on the Corporate Equality Index
We are proud of the efforts we have made toward this essential piece of our strategic plan in 2023 and are ready to make an even greater impact in 2024.
