The BTI Consulting Group has recognized Husch Blackwell as a leading law firm for client service in its latest survey of law firm client service performance. Husch Blackwell ranked among the top ten percent of the 650 law firms serving large business organizations that BTI tracks, placing 40th overall and ranking first among Missouri-based AmLaw 100 firms in the 2021 BTI Client Service A-Team report.
The survey is one of the leading measures of its kind. Rankings are purely research-driven and are not subject to law firm submissions, self-referrals, suggestions, or payments. BTI interviewed more than 350 top legal decision-makers about which law firm is best at each of the 17 activities clients say drive superior client service.
