With a practice focus on franchise & distribution, White has helped clients create numerous franchise programs and strategic transactions and partnerships domestically and internationally, including franchise and distribution networks in the sectors of restaurants and food service; hotels and hospitality; real estate and senior assisted living; healthcare and wellness; business and computer services; manufacturing; transportation and logistics; and social dating and matchmaking. He also represents a wide range of clients in matters that include structuring legally compliant joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, raising capital through private offerings, and other general corporate matters and strategic transactions.
A member of the firm’s Financial Service & Capital Markets industry team, White earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S. from Southern University. He is a 2020 Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity Fellow and has been recognized by D Magazine on its “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list in the area of Franchise Law.
