National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Partner Daniel Wilson has been named a Law360 2023 International Trade MVP.
Based in Washington D.C., Wilson is a member of the firm’s International Trade & Supply Chain practice team. Wilson has experience representing a broad range of both U.S.-based and foreign companies in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has successfully represented foreign exporters and manufacturers in achieving significant reductions—or even outright elimination—of duty liability for clients in the home appliance, consumer products, and heavy industry sectors.
Wilson represents clients in a variety of complex international trade matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings and high-stakes enforcement matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Law360's MVPs of the Year are attorneys who have distinguished themselves from their peers over the past year through high-stakes litigation, record-breaking deals, and complex global matters. A team of Law360 editors selected the 2023 MVP winners after reviewing more than 900 submissions.
Wilson recently participated in a Q&A session with Law360, discussing his most significant achievement of the year and what motivates him.
