Husch Blackwell is pleased to welcome Fred Jauss as senior counsel in its Washington, DC office.
Jauss, a former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) attorney, joins Husch Blackwell’s Energy & Natural Resources industry group. He focuses his practice on complex energy regulatory issues, representing clients across the gamut of energy sectors on FERC matters as well as those before state public utility commissions, and state and federal courts.
Jauss earned his J.D. at American University - Washington College of Law and both his M.A. and B.A. at University of Pennsylvania. Jauss is a member of the Energy Bar Association (EBA) and the Electric Cooperative Bar Association (ECBA) and is a Board member of the Greater DC Diaper Bank.
