Husch Blackwell announced the addition of labor & employment partner Robert Hudock, who joins the Los Angeles office, as a member of the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing, Transportation industry group.
Hudock is an experienced litigator with more than two decades of experience defending employers in state and federal court, on both single-plaintiff and class action matters. He also defends employers when employees file complaints with the California Labor Commissioner’s Office or Department of Fair Employment and Housing, or with the federal Department of Labor or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and he assists clients with investigations by these and other agencies. His successes include jury, bench, and administrative trials, and appellate litigation.
“Rob is a tremendous attorney with a stellar track record of success,” said Erik Eisenmann, partner and leader of Husch Blackwell’s Labor & Employment practice team. “He is highly regarded in Los Angeles and we’re delighted he has joined Husch Blackwell.”
In addition to litigation, he provides advice, counseling, training, and other solutions in various matters, including workforce management; negotiating and preparing employment-related agreements; employee handbooks and policies; statutory leave; and wage and hour policies, practices, and strategies.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Hudock founded Hudock Employment Law Group in 2015.
“Husch Blackwell has a deep labor and employment bench that stretches from coast to coast, which will greatly benefit my clients,” Hudock said. “I’m eager to join a talented firm of attorneys and help further grow the firm’s presence on the West Coast.”
