National law firm Husch Blackwell represented ESS Companies in its acquisition of Barrows Excavation, Inc. and Barrows Equipment, Inc., both based in Berryville, Arkansas.
Barrows Excavation and Barrows Equipment provide excavation, heavy civil construction, gas and electrical services, and equipment services. The acquisition expands ESS’s excavation and heavy civil construction capabilities and equipment services footprint in the region.
