Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce the launch of a new tool designed to help small and mid-market businesses return to their worksites in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic by developing Return-to-Work policies that comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Available to clients of the firm, the Return-to-Work (RTW) Policy Generator is an easy-to-use tool that utilizes a short, secure questionnaire to generate a RTW policy tailored to their specific circumstances. The resulting policy is then reviewed by attorneys of the firm’s RTW team and refined as needed. Pricing for the policy is transparent and accessible upfront via the questionnaire.
“Many of our clients have limited internal resources to address all of the concerns related to returning to their worksites,” said Dean Boeschen, Husch Blackwell’s Chief Growth & Innovation Officer. “This tool significantly reduces the required time and expense by automating and leveraging our knowledge, while still providing a high degree of specificity. It is perfect for businesses that need policies now but lack the resources to develop them internally that incorporate all relevant state and industry specific guidance.”
Typically, via the RTW Policy Generator, Husch Blackwell can deliver draft policies to clients in about three business days. Businesses interested in utilizing the tool but are not clients of the firm would need to pass through a standard conflict check prior to receiving access. The tool is not networked with existing firm systems and no data is stored permanently.
