Husch Blackwell is proud to announce that it received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. 2022 marks the seventh year in a row that the firm has earned the distinction of a perfect score.
The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. The CEI evaluates LGBTQ+-related workplace policies and practices such as non-discrimination protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.

The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria that falls under four central pillars:
Husch Blackwell’s success in completing CEI’s ranking criteria has earned a 100 percent rating from HRC each year since 2016. The firm joins the ranks of 840 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks for 2022.
