National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce it has been named an award finalist for the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards. The firm is being considered for the Private Equity Deal of the Year (between $25 million-$50 million) and the Industrials Deal of the Year (between $25 million-$50 million).
Led by John Moore, Husch Blackwell represented Livers Bronze Co., a Kansas City-based handrail manufacturer, in its sale to Sage Capital. The transaction included the formation of a new company and the transfer of substantially all of the assets of Livers Bronze into the new company. Following the asset transfer, the equity in the new company was sold to Sage Capital.
In addition to Moore, the Husch Blackwell team included Jon Beeman, Bryan Tehrani, Mark Welker, Craig Kovarik, Kris Kappel, Teresa Reinking, Scott LeBlanc, Jason Reschly, Chris Kline, and Megan Irwin.
The winners will be revealed at the 2023 Future of Dealmaking Summit on November 14-15, 2023 in New York City.
