Husch Blackwell’s Mass Tort & Product Liability practice group was recognized by BTI Consulting as being one of four ‘powerhouse’ law firms for product liability litigation.
Overall, BTI recognized 22 law firms for inclusion in its annual product liability ranking based on survey results from corporate counsel. The results are included in the company’s BTI Litigation Outlook 2022 report. BTI called the practice area “one of the most competitive segments of litigation and clients see a broad swath of law firms vying for this work.”
The BTI Litigation Outlook 2022 is based solely on more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews with leading legal decision makers.
