National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that the firm has been shortlisted by Managing IP for its 2024 Americas Awards series.
Husch Blackwell’s Section 337 team is one of seven finalists listed for national recognition in the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) category. The firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation team is also shortlisted for Midwest Firm of the Year in patent disputes and trademark disputes, where Husch Blackwell is one of seven and five firms, respectively, considered for distinction. The regional-level award seeks to recognize the year’s most outstanding firm in one of four regions.
Individually, Beau Jackson and Don Mizerk have been shortlisted for Practitioner of Year (ITC) and Litigator of the Year (Illinois), respectively. Each are one of seven finalists in their respective category.
Managing IP’s Americas Award series recognizes the country’s most distinguished intellectual property practitioners and their firms for their remarkable achievements and developments over the past year based on months of evaluating work data supplied by firms and, where applicable, reviewing publicly available information such as court and IP office records. The award winners will be announced at ceremonies in New York on April 25.
