Husch Blackwell served as project counsel for Jupiter Power, a leading developer and operator of energy storage infrastructure, in its recently closed $70.4 million construction and term loan financing facility in support of two standalone battery energy storage projects in Texas. The projects are 160 megawatts (MW)/320 megawatt-hours (MWh) and are part of Jupiter Power’s more than 11,000 MW of projects nationwide under development.
