Husch Blackwell is pleased to welcome Jennifer M. Olk to the firm’s Milwaukee office as a partner in its Financial Services & Capital Markets group.
Joining the firm’s Private Wealth team, Olk brings more than two decades of experience counseling individual and corporate clients across the full spectrum of private wealth challenges. She advises clients on estate planning and administration and counsels owners of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships on succession planning and ownership structures. She also develops sophisticated estate planning vehicles tailored to business owners’ distinct needs and represents trustees and executors (both corporate and individual) in their fiduciary capacities in the administration of trusts and estates.
Olk earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Minnesota. She is a member and leader of several industry groups, including the State Bar of Wisconsin Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section Board of Directors (serving as Chair) and member and past chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Estate and Trust Section.
