Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Kansas City-based associate Bo Mahr has been accepted to the 2021-2022 Leadership Development Program for the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER). The SEER Leadership Development Program accepts around 10 attorneys from numerous applicants across the country each year who have proven leadership in SEER and have the potential and desire to grow in those roles.
Mahr practices in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources group and its Solar Energy, Wind Energy and Development & Tax Credits practices. His broad range of experience runs the gamut of renewable energy development from site control to land use, incentives, environmental compliance, and debt and tax equity financing.
In addition to participating in the SEER Leadership Development Program, Mahr will also serve a fourth year as Vice-Chair on the ABA’s 2021-2022 Renewable, Alternative, and Distributed Energy (RADER) Committee, editing and publishing the RADER chapter of the Section’s The Year In Review. Earlier this year, he was named a 2021 New Leaders Council (NLC) Fellow.
