Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partner Christine E. Fabin has been chosen by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce to participate in its Centurions Leadership Program as a member of its 2023 class.
The Centurions Leadership Program is a two-year immersion in leadership and community engagement activities during which participants gain valuable insights on the issues facing the Kansas City region and learn about opportunities to become more civically engaged. The program began in 1976 and has over 1,200 alumni.
A member of the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation group, Fabin co-leads the firm’s business immigration and global mobility practice. She counsels clients on cross-border movement of employees and global business expansion. Specifically, Fabin partners with clients to plan and implement practical immigration sponsorship strategies based on in-house experience. She also regularly defends employers before federal agencies on a wide range of immigration issues and investigations. A significant portion of her practice focuses on regulatory compliance, policy development, and employer training.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Fabin was counsel for a multi-national technology company, leading the organization’s global mobility and business immigration efforts. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
