Salzman leads Husch Blackwell’s Corporate, M&A and Securities practice group and routinely advises large public and private businesses on corporate transactions. Recent notable transactions include AMC Entertainment’s strategic partnership and investment in virtual reality cinema, as well as AMC’s purchase earlier this year of Cinetopia, an Oregon-based luxury cinema chain. She also represents strategic and financial buyers in healthcare transactions involving businesses across the entire spectrum of care, from hospitals and pharmacies to post-acute care clinics and healthcare technology providers. Salzman is a member of the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education industry team.
