Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Singleton McAllister, of counsel, has been named Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Chart Industries.
McAllister, based in the firm’s Washington, DC office, helps clients navigate federal contracts, regulatory work and government affairs. She was initially appointed to Chart Industries’ Board of Directors in November 2019. She has received numerous honors, including being named one of the “Most Influential Black Lawyers” in 2022 and one of the “Most Influential Black Corporate Directors” in 2021, both by Savoy Magazine. In 2019, she was named a Top 100 Director by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
