Albus leads the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group. Based in the firm’s St. Louis office, she provides customized strategies for estate and tax planning, trust administration, business succession planning and lifetime gift planning for high-net-worth clients.
Pearson is Husch Blackwell’s Jefferson City Office Managing Partner. He brings extensive experience in administrative law, election law and political campaign finance law, as well as government contracts and procurement, to his practice, which includes government affairs and state and local tax (SALT) law.
Reschly, based in Husch Blackwell’s Kansas City office, represents a variety of international food and agriculture clients on issues relating to reorganizations, purchases, divestitures, sales of business and tax considerations – including tax credits – with respect to financings.
