Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Natalie Garcia Lashinsky and Karen Luong have been selected to participate in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s (NAPABA) Prospective Partners Program for 2022. They are among 10 individuals who have been selected to participate in this year’s program.
Garcia Lashinsky is a litigator in the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group. She focuses her practice on toxic tort, general business disputes, real estate claims, and labor and employment matters. Luong, a member of the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group, co-leads the firm’s Psychedelics and Emerging Therapies practice group. Both attorneys are based in the firm’s virtual office, The Link.
The Prospective Partners Program selects a group of senior associates and counsel who have been recognized for their leadership potential within their organizations and will have the opportunity to foster genuine relationships with senior in-house counsel within the profession to boost their careers.
The NAPABA Prospective Partners Program aims to increase the number of Asian American and Pacific Islander partners at major law firms through introduction, mentorship, and relationship building. As of 2022, 83% of PPP alumni have elevated or gone in-house, and 75% have done so within two years of graduating from the program.
