Husch Blackwell Education attorneys will present a half-day training on the intersection between Title IX and the First Amendment’s protections for freedom of speech and freedom of association. This course is intended for those who are called upon to process and resolve cases that involve alleged sexual harassment predicated on speech or other expressive activity that may be protected by the First Amendment. The course assumes participants will have a basic working knowledge of Title IX and its implementing regulations.
