Join Husch Blackwell’s Education attorneys for a full day of Title IX training focusing on institutional response to sexual harassment. This training is intended as a primary and refresher training for Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, and other members of institutional Title IX teams. This annual training, updated for the 2023–2024 academic year, includes a discussion of key case law updates and the latest guidance from the Department of Education. While this training will have new content and scenarios, it will continue to train on the Title IX regulations that became effective in August 2020. It will also include a preview and summary of some significant changes anticipated in the Title IX regulations that are expected to be published in October 2023.
