Privileged communications play a critical role in our day-to-day affairs. This webinar will explore privileged communications including a discussion of key ethical obligations that arise when dealing with privileged communications (particularly non-attorney-client privileges), followed by a detailed review of many common privileges (e.g., criminal related privileges, marital, priest-penitent, physician/medical, accountant, trade secrets, attorney-client, joint defense, etc.).
The purpose of the program is to educate attorneys regarding their ethical obligations and provide them with a solid understanding of common privileges, so that they can properly advise and represent the client without inadvertently crossing any lines.
