- Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
Effective January 1, 2021, Colorado employers will be required to provide up to 48 hours of annual paid sick leave, or 80 hours if a public health emergency is in effect.
- Equal Pay for Equal Work Act
Effective January 1, 2021, Colorado employers must ensure equal pay for women and follow rules about posting job notices.
- Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program
Colorado voters passed Proposition 118, a requirement with premiums to be collected in 2023 and benefits going into effect in 2024.
