From growing up in two of the most culturally relevant cities in the U.S. to bridging the gap on social, legal and economic mores between boomers and millennials, Dr. Froswa' Booker-Drew and The Honorable Asha F. Jackson (two Gen Xers) will discuss their backgrounds and careers, and highlight their barriers and breakthroughs. They'll provide insights on how their experiences have shaped them to become exceptional leaders in their respective fields and communities.
Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew is Vice President, Community Affairs & Strategic Alliances for the State Fair of Texas and the Co-Founder of HERitage Giving Circle, the first African American Women’s Giving Circle in Texas. The Honorable Asha F. Jackson is the Chief Judge of the Superior Court in DeKalb County, Georgia and the 4th District Administrative Judge in the State of Georgia.
Husch Blackwell's Carlos White, Partner in the Dallas office, will be moderating the program. Carlos assists businesses – from startups to mature companies – on a multitude of general corporate as well as franchising and distribution matters.
