In honor of Data Privacy Day 2022, please join the Colorado Attorney General's Office for an event highlighting the rights of consumers and obligations for entities under the new Colorado Privacy Act—the third comprehensive state privacy law in the U.S., set to take effect in 2023. Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser and Wyoming Attorney General Bridget Hill, their staff, and leaders from the private sector, along with Husch Blackwell's David Stauss will discuss privacy resources, data privacy and protection best practices, and developments in U.S. privacy and cryptocurrency regulation.
This half-day seminar will help individuals and entities develop a deeper understanding of the national privacy landscape following the passage of the Colorado Privacy Act.
