Emily Mikes will present, "2023 US Export Control Year‐in‐Review," at the 2023 Year‐in‐Review Program presented by ABA International Law Section, Export Controls & Economic Sanctions Committee on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
The 13th Annual US Export Controls Year‐in‐Review event will discuss significant developments in 2023 with respect to US export controls targeting Russia, Belarus, and China as well as various developments under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, and proposed policy changes. This will provide a good opportunity to review the number of notable changes to the US export control system. We will also discuss enforcement policy trends under US export controls. This event will be helpful to, among others, compliance personnel updating and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current US export controls.
