Sean Quinn will present, "Building and Implementing a Corporate Compliance Program," at the Arizona Health Care Association 2023 Convention & Expo on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
This presentation will address CMS’ eight required components for a Corporate Compliance Program and review the June 2020 guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice regarding evaluation of corporate compliance programs. The purpose of the presentation is to help providers structure and develop a corporate compliance program to avoid costly penalties.
