John Borkowski and Catarina Colón presented "Federal Policy Changes Under the Biden Administration" for the National Association for Pupil Transportation on March 23, 2021.
John and Catarina discussed what various changes under President Biden might mean for K-12 education, with a focus on issues such as school reopenings, school discipline, protections for transgender students, protections for Dreamers and Title IX. The presentation considered both actions the new administration had taken, as well as those they are likely to take in the coming year.
