Nathan Oleen will present "Protecting Intellectual Property: What Engineers Need to Know" on February 14, 2022 as part of the 2022 ASABE Agricultural Equipment Technology Conference.
In this presentation, Nathan will focus on the four aspects of Intellectual Property (patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks) with a particular emphasis on patents and the changes that have occurred in U.S. patent law in recent years. He will also touch on the differences between U.S. and EU patent law and conclude with some “war stories” from his 15+ years of patent experience.
