Ellee Cochran will present, "Recent Legal Developments in Reproductive Health Delivery," at the American Bar Association's Health Law Section Healthcare Delivery & Innovation Conference on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
This session will begin with a brief reminder of the history of reproductive decisions on a federal level including Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, and most recently Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The session will cover the recent legislative and court decision implications on reproductive healthcare delivery, including fertility and other reproductive health providers. The session will end with some practical ideas for navigating the changing landscape of reproductive health in the differing legal landscapes in the country. This presentation will cover:
