Team members new to investigating complaints of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic/dating violence and stalking need a foundational understanding of the requirements of Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization (VAWA), as well as opportunities to build important investigation skills.
We invite those on your campus new to sexual misconduct investigations to join members of Husch Blackwell’s Higher Education legal team for a full-day workshop designed to build understanding and experience related to conducting sexual misconduct investigations.

Continuing Education Credit
