Audrey advocates for clients in high-stakes product liability claims, toxic torts, and commercial disputes at the state and federal level, in some of the nation’s most challenging jurisdictions.
Audrey is involved in all aspects of litigation from initial fact investigation and discovery through motion practice and dispute resolution, focusing on obtaining favorable results through strategies that align with the client’s broader business goals. She is experienced in preparing corporate witnesses, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and briefing and arguing dispositive and other pre-trial motions.
An active thought leader, Audrey regularly publishes articles examining mass tort and product liability trends, as well as emerging legal risks in the manufacturing industry.
