Brian has varied and extensive experience assisting clients with labor and employment and higher education matters.
For more than 15 years, Brian has counseled and defended private and public employers when they face allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and in investigations before state and federal agencies. He also advises on leave issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
