Caleb helps clients work through an unfamiliar process – bankruptcy – to maximize their result and return.
A member of the firm’s Insolvency and Commercial Bankruptcy group, Caleb assists clients in corporate and debt reorganizations and distressed mergers and acquisitions. He represents regional and national banks, landlords, commercial lenders and other creditors in commercial bankruptcy cases, loan workouts, foreclosures and lien priority disputes. Caleb also has experience administering all aspects of the claims process, including drafting objections and stipulations, collecting data, negotiating settlements, and preparing for contested hearings.
Caleb has deep experience representing commercial landlords in large retail bankruptcies. He has represented landlord interests on a wide variety of issues in nearly every large retail filing, including Sears, Aeropostale, RadioShack, Pacific Sunwear, The Wet Seal, The Limited, Payless Shoesource and Gymboree.
Caleb also practices in all aspects of commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in the banking, healthcare, manufacturing and insurance industries.
