Corey manages large dockets and works closely with teams of attorneys and local counsel firms nationwide. He also works closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies from inception through trial, including case-specific and docket-wide approaches to discovery, depositions, expert witness management, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Corey is known for his ability to efficiently coordinate resources, unify defense themes, minimize client risk, and engage in difficult negotiations on a national scale.

He is adept at managing complex, multi-jurisdictional discovery and ensuring consistency and defensibility across a national docket. Corey’s meticulous attention to detail and use of technology and data ensures that clients are well-positioned for dispositive motions, trial, or negotiating resolutions. Corey works with a team of attorneys to research, draft, and prepare dispositive motions and has been successful in arguing jurisdictional motions, discovery-related motions, and dispositive motions.
