From the initial demand through discovery and trial, David represents clients in state and federal courts across the United States.
David handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including products liability, real estate disputes, construction defect litigation, tort defense, consumer credit defense, aviation, and business disputes. He acts as national coordinating litigation counsel for multinational financial technology corporations who operate online payment systems that support online money transfers and serve as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods. While acting as coordinating counsel, David acts as a team lead in the defense against fraud and consumer claim litigation in state and federal courts across the United States, as well as in American Arbitration Association actions. David also provides defense of construction defect claims for roofing, concrete, and HVAC contractors and service providers. David has successfully defended significant damage tort claims, as well as tort claims to jury verdict.
David acts as national coordinating counsel for, and regularly defends, Fortune 500 corporations, full-service building products brands, major retailers, and national restaurant chains.
David is dedicated to the advancement of fellow attorneys. David has served as a member of the Steering Committee for the Texas Minority Counsel Program, an affiliate of the State Bar of Texas with the mission of increasing opportunities for minority and women attorneys in Texas. He has also served on several planning committees for the TMCP’s Dallas Save-the-Date City Receptions. He has also served as a moderator for the American Bar Association Minority Counsel Program in programs titled “Effective Practices for Enhancing the Collaborative Relationship Connecting In-House and Outside Counsel” and “Your Career’s Life Cycle and How to Get the Most From It.” David gained experience during law school as a judicial intern for Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner.
