Dominique is a results-driven attorney who uses her advanced degree in chemistry to navigate complex product liability and toxic tort cases nationwide. 

Dominique's practice focuses on complex mass tort and class action litigation involving the chemical, agribusiness and insurance industries. She develops scientifically sound defenses and thoughtful legal strategies to assist clients facing difficult property, personal injury and class action claims. Dominique's work often includes management of large teams and coordination with co-counsel and experts working for a common goal. She has successfully handled the identification and advancement of expert witnesses from a variety of disciplines including economics, statistics, epidemiology, toxicology and medicine. Clients appreciate her background as a scientist who routinely testified in jury trials and who has advanced experience integrating expert evidence into broader, business-driven goals.

  • Successfully defended national insurer against class action claims in W.D. Louisiana and N.D. Ohio.
  • Assisted in series of jury trials resulting in defense verdicts for Fortune 500 company against multimillion-dollar mass tort cases alleging lymphomas caused by exposure to PCBs in the food chain in Missouri.
  • Defended major paper manufacturer against environmental property damage claims involving alleged dioxin contamination in Alabama state court that resulted in favorable settlement.
  • Represented chemical manufacturer in environmental, property damage mass tort case in Florida state court, to settlement.
  • Managed large litigation team in product liability mass tort case for international pharmaceutical company, where a dozen expert witnesses were developed in a variety of fields, including anesthesiology, hepatology, epidemiology, gastroenterology, neuropsychology, underwriting and statistical analysis.
  • Represented mortgage industry client in a commercial arbitration matter that favorably settled prior to mediation.
