He defends midsize and large corporations in litigation involving toxic tort and product liability claims, advising manufacturers, petrochemical companies, suppliers and premises owners nationwide on pleadings, filings and depositions. Jackson has achieved dismissals and favorable stipulations for clients in multiple jurisdictions.
Jackson also counsels clients on labor and employment matters, including wage and hour issues, investigations, employment contracts, and state and federal discrimination claims. Additionally, he has experience with consumer-protection class action suits related to technology and privacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Jackson was an Assistant Attorney General in Missouri. In that role, he provided counsel on more than 700 workers’ compensation cases, engaged in extensive lay and expert witness depositions, and argued numerous mediations and hearings before administrative law judges.
