Kevin’s practice involves guiding clients through complex tax issues.

Kevin advises clients on a wide range of transactional tax matters, including business entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He assists taxpayers with U.S. federal income taxation throughout all stages of the business life cycle. Kevin also regularly counsels clients on state and local tax matters, including income, franchise, sales and use taxes. 

Kevin began his career with a Big Four accounting firm, focusing on state and local taxation.
