Outside the Office

Lynn enjoys traveling, with favorite destinations of Morocco, Ecuador, Switzerland and Italy. At home, her Newfoundland is a constant companion.

Community Leadership

Lynn collaborates to build a community of young philanthropists.

Since 2016, Lynn has volunteered for a nonprofit named Slingshot, which mobilizes young philanthropists as investors to eradicate poverty in their communities. The organization was founded by businesspeople who set out to build a cutting-edge and innovative algorithm to measure the impact of different philanthropic investments. Lynn advises the venture on community engagement and program metrics to measure nonprofit partners’ success, conducts market research to help analysts monetize nonprofit outcomes and compares the return on investment (ROI) of each nonprofit.

Prior to her involvement with Slingshot, Lynn taught English as a Second Language (ESL) at the K-2 level through Teach for America in Memphis.
