Known for systemizing legal teams on behalf of clients, Lynne is a mass tort attorney who sees the big picture in complex litigation.
Lynne is experienced in defending manufacturers, contractors and premises owners as both local and national counsel in complex tort litigation. She has also represented pharmaceutical companies in tort claims based on exposure to numerous drugs and vaccines.
For nearly two decades, Lynne served as Designated Defense Counsel for Bay Area asbestos litigation, allowing her a unique perspective as to how courts prioritize and view mass tort matters. Representing the interests of the defense community as a whole before numerous Bay Area judges in this position, Lynne also worked closely with physicians, scientists and medical subject-matter experts for asbestos cases.
Lynne is known for her big-picture view of case management, often spearheading and implementing systems, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and share knowledge in order to benefit client representation.
In addition to her product liability and toxic tort practice, Lynne’s pro bono work on immigration matters has been recognized by both the State Bar of California Board of Trustees and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
