Overview

With a passion for research and problem solving, Madeline represents clients in complex commercial litigation.

After completing her undergraduate work at the University of Southern California, Madeline took a position as a researcher at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She soon realized that what she enjoyed most about her work was the opportunity to use her research, math, and science skills to solve problems—an ability that would serve her particularly well in law. Her gift for tackling complex issues eventually led Madeline back to her hometown of St. Louis to earn a J.D.

Today, Madeline represents clients across the country in high stakes, high dollar commercial matters. Her experience includes complex class action work, healthcare litigation for a major multinational healthcare corporation and a leading pharmacy benefit management organization, and significant work with False Claims Act cases. Madeline has presented before the Department of Justice on the subject of government intervention in a False Claims Act matter and gained experience working with novel legal issues in the midst of a DOJ investigation. She also has experience defending clients in telemarketing lawsuits, including lawsuits filed under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Madeline is known for her excellent legal research skills and her ability to construct strategic arguments based on her research. With extensive client contact experience early in her career, Madeline has also built a solid reputation for her ability to collaborate with in-house teams, incorporating client goals and plans into legal strategy.
