Molly partners with her clients to understand their real estate goals and develops a comprehensive strategy incorporating both legal and business approaches to meet their objectives.

Molly represents a range of clients involved in complex commercial real estate transactions, including developers, investors, landlords and tenants. Her practice involves advising clients in the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and disposition of real property, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily projects. Further, she has extensively represented both landlords and tenants in a variety of complex commercial lease negotiations, including office, industrial and retail leases.

She routinely works closely with her clients to think through the strategic and tactical approaches to real estate development and investment. In conjunction with her commercial real estate practice, she represents clients with respect to entity formations, as well as negotiations of joint ventures and other partnership agreements to develop real estate. She also negotiates on her clients’ behalf across all other related transactions to achieve their business objectives.

  • Represented a Texas developer on the acquisition of a retail center in Charlotte, North Carolina for redevelopment and leasing.
  • Representation of a client for the acquisition of a multi-million industrial property in Ft. Worth, Texas with a lucrative long-term lease-back to the Seller as the Tenant.
  • Successfully negotiated multiple leases on behalf of a tenant client who is a franchisor across the State of Texas for multiple retail sites.
  • Represented California client on the successful acquisition of a piece of real property in Austin Texas that had a long-term pre-existing lease with 7-Eleven already existing at the time of purchase.
  • Represented a developer in the successful disposition of multiple multi-million industrial warehouses from his portfolio.
  • Represented a developer in the construction and disposition of a multi-million-dollar asset to a foreign investor.

Outside the Office

Molly enjoys spending free time with her husband and her two children, daughter Micah Sophie, and her son, Jonah Rhys. When able, she volunteers at their school as their room mom, serves as Micah’s Brownie troop leader and organizes all manner of team sports for them that she can.
