Nikki coordinates the defense of toxic tort and product liability litigation.

Nikki has experience representing premises owners, contractors, and product manufacturers in the automotive, industrial equipment, HVAC, transportation, petrochemical, and construction industries. As part of national coordinating counsel teams for major multinational clients, she manages and oversees strategy for hundreds of lawsuits pending in some of the toughest jurisdictions for defendants in the United States.

Clients rely on Nikki’s guidance at all phases of litigation, from pleading and discovery through depositions and settlement negotiations. Nikki is renowned for her strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel and her ability to work collaboratively to achieve favorable resolutions.   • Represented product manufacturer that supplied asbestos-containing materials as lead associate in 500+ cases pending throughout Missouri and Illinois, obtaining dismissals in dozens of cases prior to trial.
  • Conducted 50+ depositions, cross-examining plaintiffs alleging asbestos exposure from product manufacturers, equipment suppliers, contractors and premises owners.

Nikki’s house is always bustling with the pitter-patter of tiny feet—both human and animal.

Nikki has two energetic toddlers and a passion for animals, which has led her to foster more than 20 puppies and kittens through her local animal shelter.
