Taylor advocates for developers, landowners, investors, and other real estate clients in land use matters and real estate and corporate transactions.

First drawn to law by his love for a good challenge, Taylor knew after his first semester of law school that a legal career was a perfect fit. He loved the competitive but collaborative nature of the field, and he was excited to use his creativity and drive to help clients and colleagues succeed. Taylor began his career with a mix of real estate, construction, and commercial litigation and real estate and corporate transactions, which allowed him to develop and strengthen his advocacy skills to help clients achieve their goals.

After gaining broad experience with both commercial and residential real estate matters, Taylor focuses his practice on real estate development and land use law. He primarily works with developers, representing them before city councils, zoning boards, and state and local agencies. His work involves securing governmental approvals for projects and advising clients on state and local land development regulations. Additionally, Taylor has experience representing clients in connection with real estate sale and purchase transactions, construction and architectural services contracts, easements, and lease agreements.

Taylor also assists with corporate transactions involving real estate. He has experience representing clients in the formation and negotiation of joint ventures and real estate investment trusts (REITs). He even steps into real estate-related litigation cases, such as contract and construction disputes, when needed.

Clients appreciate Taylor’s attention to detail and to their business goals, as well as his prompt responses. He is known for getting the job done—often on the first go.
