• Successfully represented large public university in Title IX lawsuit obtaining summary judgment on all counts.
• Successfully represented private university in student-discipline lawsuit in federal district court, obtaining dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction.
• Won class action status for lawsuit against the Missouri Department of Corrections on behalf of inmates sentenced to life imprisonment as juveniles. Suit alleged that department ignored due diligence for inmates.
• Achieved full dismissal of mail order pharmacy from case alleging improper dispensing of prescription drugs.
• Achieved full dismissal of corporation from case alleging a suit on account and account stated.
• Successfully argued motion to dismiss regarding unjust enrichment claims.
• Successfully defended and resolved medical malpractice cases against various healthcare providers, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and individual providers.
• Recouped 12+ months of assessments for St. Louis condominium association. Resident sold unit in response to our filing for judicial foreclosure; resident also dismissed counterclaims for malicious slander of title in response to our motion for summary judgment.
