National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce it represented Advanced Ionics, a developer of a new category of hydrogen electrolyzers useful for expanding green hydrogen production, in raising $12.5 million in funding.
The new capital will help catalyze Milwaukee-based Advanced Ionics’ growth and the initial deployment of its Symbion™ water vapor electrolyzer technology for heavy industry. Water vapor electrolyzers address two of the biggest obstacles to expanding green hydrogen production: cost and electricity requirements.
The Husch Blackwell team was led by Scott Brunner and included Auriel Ackerman, Myers Dill, David Eckhardt, Casey Kidwell, Grant Leach, and Scott LeBlanc.
