Overview

Jenni is a private wealth attorney with extensive experience preparing personalized estate plans and documents for clients.

Early in her career, Jenni worked as a law clerk in a court with a significant focus on trust and estate matters. The experience gave her a thorough understanding of the dynamics of estate administration from a court perspective and taught her the crucial role of attention to detail in the drafting of wills. When she moved into law firm work, trusts, estates and conservatorships were a natural fit.

Today, Jenni represents clients in all estate planning and conservatorship processes, including:

  • Drafting of wills, trusts, advance directives and prenuptial agreements
  • Assisting executors and administrators with estate administration
  • Preparation of estate tax returns
  • Trust administration and annual tax return preparation
  • Conservatorship applications and proceedings
  • Ongoing conservatorship management
  • Estate and conservatorship litigation

Clients value Jenni’s personal investment in their estate planning needs. Jenni understands that this is a deeply personal, intimate process, and her standard is that the documents she prepares matter as much to her as they do to clients. She takes a hands-on role throughout drafting and administration and knows how crucial it is that every detail be correct.

With trusts and estates as unique as the people and families involved, Jenni endeavors to get to know clients personally, making it a priority to fully understand each client’s unique family situation and goals.
